The Stratamax Portal is a wonderful tool that we offer to assist in the management of your Community Association. Each Lot Owner has their own individual log in. Once you have logged into the portal you can see the levy position for your lot plus information such as Agendas for upcoming Meetings and Minutes of Meetings.
Below is a short guide to help you get started
- Firstly go to the Simply Strata website www.simplystrata.com.au
- Then across the top tool bar is the option “OWNER LOGIN”
- Click on this link.
- This will then take you to the Stratamax Portal.
- Once there you use the login and password provided in the letter circulated at the AGM.
- This sign in is unique to your lot.
Until you are familiar with the site, please don't change your password as once you do this for us to correct any issues has a slower time frame as we have to use support to assist with any queries.
