Welcome to the Glendiver Farm Community Association. At Glendiver Farm we all live in a shared community space (community property, lakes, roadways, etc) as well as enjoy our own personal space on our own property. As a community association the emphasis is on “the community” and the shared community space is here for all of us to respect and enjoy. This is outlined in some detail in the management statement that you would have agreed to when settling into Glendiver Farm. The Community Association elects a committee each year at the AGM and is here to administer and help the process of making the Community Association work effectively for all residents.
